Banani F. R. The tower is burning in fire

In the capital Banani, a multi-storied building named Fire Town was set on fire.

Fire service in the building was reported on Thursday at around 1pm.

Fire Service's control room officer Ershad Hossain told bdnews24.com that 17 units of them started work on fire.

Md. Gias Uddin, a eyewitness, said that the middle of the 22-storey building was seen to burn. Several people were injured in the fight to save lives.

There are several garment baking houses and internet service providers in the building.

Fire Service workers could not immediately inform the cause of the fire.

Many of the people gathered in front of the building expressed their anger and said that due to late fire service staff fire has spread the fire.

In addition to the garment house's baking house, there are offices, sales centers, restaurants and a convention center of different business establishments in the building. There is no clear idea about how many people work in those institutions.

A branch of Shahjalal Islami Bank is on the third floor of the FR Tower. The nearby building is located in the Awal Center of the University of Queens University. People are in the likelihood of spreading fire in the adjoining buildings.

The Fire Service staff did not immediately inform the cause of the fire. Some people are talking about electric short circuits but they are not sure.
